When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Friday are typically processed and shipped the same day. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for opened products?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If a product does not suit your skin, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit, even if it has been opened.
How do I know which CSA strategy products are right for me?

Are Medik8 products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, Medik8 is 100% cruelty-free and the vast majority of our products are vegan-friendly. We do not test on animals and we do not ask others to test on our behalf.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Is it safe to use Vitamin A (Retinol) during pregnancy?
As a precaution, we recommend avoiding products containing Vitamin A (Retinol or Retinaldehyde) while pregnant or breastfeeding. We suggest switching to our Bakuchiol Peptides as a plant-based alternative.
